The Art of The Martini
Vodka or Gin? Shaken or Stirred? Olives? Lemon twist? How about a cocktail onion? Dry? Wet? Dirty? As dirty as the Hudson River? The world of Classic Martini's and their nuanced variations can be vast, but through this class you'll gain a much better understanding of what makes a martini, a martini, as well as what style you prefer. We'll begin by going over the difference between a classic wet and dry martini, what role vermouth plays in all of this, before diving into the wild world of dirty martinis, allowing you to taste one of each. From there we'll guide you in creating your own martini variation with a variety of "brines" and garnishes so you can find your very own "Perfect Martini."

I really want to express to you how magnificent Will made the event a blend of instructional care and social encouraging. Will really made the room feel comfortable and make learning about cocktails such a delight. I do have to admit, that’s an extremely rare thing that I have seen from people I have met in the hospitality industry. He was so great with our Amenity Members, he encouraged others to go beyond their teams of two and just hit it out of the park. I received universal feedback about Will days following the event from our residents. They completely love him. I hope that the Night Inn team will be able to put Will out there to many more events. His ability to set the vibe of the room, making a mixology class intertwine with social connections, and obviously his mixed drinks that I had the privilege to taste before the event. Will absolutely is a Gold Medal Guy.
