Devin has honed his wine skills over the past decade managing world-renown wine lists and restaurant floors in LA & Beverly Hills' most popular wine shops & hotspots. A true jack-of-all-trades as a Sommelier, former Fine Wine General Manager & Wine Auctioneer, Devin's versatility allows him to guide you with a welcoming tone through the wine basics, or also dive deeper in-depth into what wine you're having for dinner. So whether you want to learn the 5 steps of wine-tasting, or learn about the Grand Crus of the Cote D'Or in Burgundy, Devin is capable of providing an all-around wine experience for your special event.

I hold certifications from CMS, WSET and the Sake School of America who loves sharing my knowledge of wine, spirits, saké and specialty foods with others. There’s a story in every bite or glass and I love sharing those stories with others. My experience includes freelance tasting for corporate and private audiences as well as teaching at Murray’s Cheese in the West Village.

I'm a former investment banker who is now a Certified Sommelier, Educator, and Retail Consultant.  I moved into wine full time after falling in love with the nerdy aspects - the different soils and the way the sunlight hits the vines.  My passion in teaching - helping people express what they like and what they don't like in wines, and watching people have that "a-ha" moment when they learn something new or discover a new favorite wine!

I am a Distilled Spirits specialist, Craft Cocktail bartender, and Certified Sommelier with over a decade experience leading award-winning bars and fine dining restaurants in NYC.

Pamela is a certified sommelier and cheese expert, in addition to being a professional food and travel writer. She previously worked at manhattan's 2-Michelin star restaurant, The Modern, as a bartender and captain, where she also helped run a table side cheese trolley program. When not eating and drinking, or typing about eating and drinking, Pamela is also a musician and voiceover artist.

James is an experienced bartender and mixology expert specializing in cocktail making experiences, craft cocktails and menu design

Craft beer, wine & whiskey professional (and lover!) with 18 years professional experience curating, educating and tasting. Craft beer, American whiskey and Amaro is my wheelhouse, but I'm ready and able to dive into the worlds of wine, spirits and cocktails.

For over a decade Nicolas has served wine in New York's most celebrated dining rooms, including COTE Korean Steakhouse, Del Posto, and Peak. Today he runs his own consulting and events company, NCM Sommelier Services, and brings his expertise to Night Inn!

Kara Joseph is a Certified Sommelier and DipWSET recipient. She has lived and worked and Napa Valley and New York City teaching and sharing her passion for wine.  She has travelled to over 10 countries to taste and learn about different wines.  She has 8 years of experience in the wine industry.  She continuously looks forward to sharing her passion for wine with others!

From white tablecloth to power-washing the dark insides of multi-hectolitre tanks, Mark has been lucky enough to work in wine in both the northern and southern hemispheres. Having been a buyer at Le Cirque (RIP), Carbone and A Voce, he can usually be found looking for an excuse to get to Italy. When not memorizing some kind of new wine information, I also box and watch Serie A. Big believer that the producers are the real heroes here.

I am a certified Sommelier with 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. I am currently the Wine Director of the Polo Bar.

Cynthia is a Certified Sommelier and Bartender and is passionate about all things wine. Cynthia has 13 years in the industry and has worked as a Sommelier for Hakkasan NYC and City Winery. She enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge of wine through her curated wine classes and will be happy to be your wine BFF. She is also available to lead wine classes in Spanish.

Charles Springfield is a certified sommelier, wine educator and book author in New York City. His mission is to help promote wine appreciation through education in the form of classes, events and various forms of media. He has been working in wine in NYC for the last 10 years. His first book, “The Less is More Approach to Wine,” works to deliver wine education in easy to understand and manageable servings. He wants to help wine lovers create a deeper, more personal relationship with wine. In the summer of 2020, Charles released a new book called “Maneuvering Rosé Wine With Style” focused on educating consumers about the rosé wine category and rose styles from around the world. Sarah is, first and foremost, and educator - she's parlayed 15+ years of experience as a teacher and college professor into a successful wine education career. She founded Ignoble Grapes, a wine event and experience company, with her sister Anna. The two of them have been hosting interactive and educational wine events together since 2019. Sarah loves all things Italy (the food, the land, the wine, the people, the language!), geeking out about esoteric grapes, and sharing her passion for good juice and honest winemaking with anyone who will listen.

Anna works in sales and merchandising for a global footwear retailer. When she’s not at the office, figuring out the next best fashion trend, she’s exploring wine shops and restaurants across the metro area doing exactly the same - figuring out what’s new in food and wine and how she can share that with those around her. Alongside her passion for learning all-things-wine, she brings 10 years of hospitality experience to the table. Hosting events is her forte, and believes there’s nothing better than building memories around shared experiences with food and wine

Alex is a certified sommelier and works at Leon & Son Wine and Spirits, where she runs the wine club and assists with buying activities. She graduated from the Cornell Hotel School, where she concentrated in Food & Beverage and minored in Viticulture & Enology- studying wine from both the service side and the agricultural/production side. Alex grew up in Napa Valley/ Bay Area, where it’s hard to be for long and not find your way into wine. She has come to love how wine intersects culture, history, nature, and agriculture, and also brings people together. Whether you want to learn about wine fundamentals, take a deep dive into a region, or would like assistance in curating wines for an event- she is there to help facilitate the best guest experience!

Eric Fleming (he/they) is a sommelier, growth strategist, and DEI consultant based in Brooklyn. His mission is to innovate in order to create community, entertain, and educate.  Eric earned his stripes at some of NYC's best restaurants: ABC Kitchen, Charlie Bird, and most recently winning Best Medium Sized Wine List in the country as head sommelier at Pinch Chinese. Eric's style is approachable and irreverent yet informative.Wine tells a story, so Eric seeks to paint a picture of what that story is, ultimately connecting us to what’s in our glass and the winemaker’s why behind it.

Kim Akhtar is a certified sommelier (WSET Diploma) who has worked in fine dining in New York and Paris. Currently at Le Bernardin (3-Michelin stars) where she is also the cellar master, looking after 12,000 bottles on site, she worked at Le Cou Cou (1-Michelin star), also in New York, prior to which she was at L'Arpège (3-Michelin stars) in Paris. A world traveler, she has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia and South America always looking for interesting experiences in food and wine. Wine was not what she did out of college. In fact, she started her career as the assistant manager to the rock group, The Cure, followed by a decade working for Dan Rather at CBS News. She is also a, author having penned and published 6 books. Multilingual, she speaks 6 languages, including English, French, and Spanish fluently.

Christie is a certified sommelier who manages and runs all buying for the Wine portfolio within Amazon’s network of grocery stores. Her wine education is focused on helping people understand how to pair food and wine adequately, mostly centered around business and client dinners. Christie grew up in Napa Valley and is passionate about helping her clients feel empowered and confident talking about wine, specifically: understanding principle varietals and regions within a traditional wine list, helping people understand what resonates with their palate and why, and making wine more approachable in general. As Food Network’s Resident Sommelier, Dana serves as an educator, journalist, and host, empowering us all to take life in big bites! She is a professionally trained chef and certified sommelier that believes the best of life happens at the table. She earned her MBA in Hospitality from Cornell University, where she also served as faculty of the Hotel School. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from Johnson & Wales University and an Advanced Diploma from The Wine & Spirits Education Trust. She has trained in multiple countries and Michelin star restaurants, including the #1 restaurant in the world. She built her career teaching celebrity chefs to cook on camera before appearing on Food Network, Bon Appetit, FOX and NBC affiliates herself. Dana can be found teaching in restaurants across the country and at Sommelier Society of America in New York City. She is based in Manhattan but happiest traveling to new destinations - with a chef’s knife, wine opener and camera in hand.
