He applied his knowledge as he learned his trade in many of the city' most celebrated dining rooms, including Pasquale Jones, Upland, and COTE Korean Steakhouse. Today he runs his own consulting and events company, NCM Sommelier Services, writes a Substack, Word to the Wine, and brings his expertise to Night Inn!

Sommelier, Bartender, Food & Travel Writer, Cheese Expert

Pamela is a certified sommelier and cheese expert, in addition to being a professional food and travel writer. She previously worked at manhattan's 2-Michelin star restaurant, The Modern, as a bartender and captain, where she also helped run a table side cheese trolley program. When not eating and drinking, or typing about eating and drinking, Pamela is also a musician and voiceover artist.

Melissa Brooke

Mixologist

Melissa Brooke has served as a beverage director, lead mixologist and consultant for a variety of noteworthy NYC venues. Inspired and driven by the ethereal arts, Melissa develops and personalizes cocktails using ingredients which reflect themes such as astrology, astroherbology & name etymology. Her cocktails have been featured in multiple notable trade publications as well as on NBC's New York Live. She curates events through her company, Divine Spirits, which combines magic, mentalism and mixology in a unique and inventive way. Melissa is currently the bar director and cocktail curator at the popular speakeasy PS in the West Village.
