Sara is a Sommelier and Sherry Specialist living in Nashville, TN! Formerly in NYC, Sara spends her time hosting events in New York, Nashville, and also offers Sommelier concierge services to luxury residential buildings. When she is not traveling to new wine regions to write about on her blog, Somm In The City, she's the Guest Sommelier at a top destination spa, The Lodge at Woodloch.

I hold certifications from CMS, WSET and the Sake School of America who loves sharing my knowledge of wine, spirits, saké and specialty foods with others. There’s a story in every bite or glass and I love sharing those stories with others. My experience includes freelance tasting for corporate and private audiences as well as teaching at Murray’s Cheese in the West Village.

I am a Distilled Spirits specialist, Craft Cocktail bartender, and Certified Sommelier with over a decade experience leading award-winning bars and fine dining restaurants in NYC.

Pamela is a certified sommelier and cheese expert, in addition to being a professional food and travel writer. She previously worked at manhattan's 2-Michelin star restaurant, The Modern, as a bartender and captain, where she also helped run a table side cheese trolley program. When not eating and drinking, or typing about eating and drinking, Pamela is also a musician and voiceover artist.

Craft beer, wine & whiskey professional (and lover!) with 18 years professional experience curating, educating and tasting. Craft beer, American whiskey and Amaro is my wheelhouse, but I'm ready and able to dive into the worlds of wine, spirits and cocktails.

For over a decade Nicolas has served wine in New York's most celebrated dining rooms, including COTE Korean Steakhouse, Del Posto, and Peak. Today he runs his own consulting and events company, NCM Sommelier Services, and brings his expertise to Night Inn!

Multi-Award Winning Mixologist with experience spanning three different continents over 10 years. William has won numerous local and national cocktail competitions, both here in the US and abroad, as well as having been featured in publications such as Forbes, Imbibe, Liquor.com, Gastro Obscura, and more. He most recently helped open numerous notable beverage programs in NYC, such as Lillistar at The Moxy Williamsburg and The Wiggle Room. Whether it's an intimate cocktail making class, spirit tasting, or full blown private party bartending experience, you couldn’t be in better hands.

Hello! I have over a decade of experience managing bars, restaurants, & creating original cocktails. Hosting is my passion. I love sharing my knowledge of spirits and the technique that goes into mixing a great cocktail. My past work with brands: Patron, WeSake, Los Dos, Boisson, Gallery Media Group, Douglas Elliman, Loro Piana. My cocktails have been featured in Martha Steward Weddings, Forbes, Cosmopolitan & People.

I am a Manhattan native who has worked in every type of bar venue imaginable, yes, even THAT one. My love of spirits spans the globe and includes all types of cocktails meaning we can talk all things from Scotch to Tequila to Baijiu (what's Baijiu? Exactly). We can have a fun event where you can learn to mix up some shaken and stirred cocktails or I can lead you through a flight or two of your favorite spirit (if that particular spirit is in my wheelhouse of expertise knowledge level). I am a competition bartender and my wins have afforded me the luxury to travel abroad and educate myself more on different spirits and the cocktails of the cultures of those countries. These are some of the stories I enjoy sharing during the time of our event. Competitions aside, I will teach you how to make to the simplest three ingredient cocktail perfect every time, and you will after an evening with me, all while having the best time doing it!

Melissa Brooke is a Beverage Director, menu consultant and mixologist who has worked for a variety of noteworthy New York City restaurants, bars & nightlife venues.  Inspired by the ethereal arts, she elevates flavor profiles in crafting cocktails by using plants, flowers, herbs and spices to reflect themes such as astrology, astro-herbology, the oracle  & mysticism.  She has worked with various notable liquor brands on cocktail development and has been featured in a variety of  trade publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Vine Pair, Time Out New York & the New York Post, as well as on NBC's New York Live.  She was lovingly dubbed the in-house “Spirit Whisperer” during her 3 year residency at the beloved Michelin starred Musket Room. Melissa currently teaches cocktail classes and passionately curates  magical events through her company, Divine Spirits.

I am a highly detail-oriented Beverage Manager fully trained in the art of mixology. Bartending is my trade. As one of the oldest and most exciting professions, tending bar for me has been an adventure and still is every time I step behind the bar. My career as a bartender has allowed me to experience things, places and different types of people that no other job could ever do in quite the same way. Bartending at major casinos, 4-star restaurants, nightclubs & country clubs have been a way of life for me and my peers. Flipping bottles, serving daiquiris at pools is pretty cool! Ask yourself this;     "Did they ever make a movie about what you do for a living?"
