Explore how the dough is made and affects the final product, and pick and choose your toppings to make your own creation. We'll bring the pizza oven, or use your oven or grill if preferred.

Presently, I am based in New York City, where I host tea rituals, conduct classes, and offer demonstrations. Furthermore, I am the Founder and General Director of Chanoyu Week NYC.
