Pamela is a certified sommelier and cheese expert, in addition to being a professional food and travel writer. She previously worked at manhattan's 2-Michelin star restaurant, The Modern, as a bartender and captain, where she also helped run a table side cheese trolley program. When not eating and drinking, or typing about eating and drinking, Pamela is also a musician and voiceover artist.

For over a decade Nicolas has served wine in New York's most celebrated dining rooms, including COTE Korean Steakhouse, Del Posto, and Peak. Today he runs his own consulting and events company, NCM Sommelier Services, and brings his expertise to Night Inn!

Fleur Elise has 30 years experience running non-profits.  She reinvented as a floral designer and has been teaching floral design as a Team Building activity for over 5 years to corporations including Balmain, Jacadi, Alpha-sense and Godiva.

Melissa Brooke is a Beverage Director, menu consultant and mixologist who has worked for a variety of noteworthy New York City restaurants, bars & nightlife venues.  Inspired by the ethereal arts, she elevates flavor profiles in crafting cocktails by using plants, flowers, herbs and spices to reflect themes such as astrology, astro-herbology, the oracle  & mysticism.  She has worked with various notable liquor brands on cocktail development and has been featured in a variety of  trade publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Vine Pair, Time Out New York & the New York Post, as well as on NBC's New York Live.  She was lovingly dubbed the in-house “Spirit Whisperer” during her 3 year residency at the beloved Michelin starred Musket Room. Melissa currently teaches cocktail classes and passionately curates  magical events through her company, Divine Spirits.

Hi, I am the Founder of Wisdom Candles & More, a brand born during the quiet moments we all experienced in 2020 & 2021. When the World slowed down, I found solace in the soft glow of candleilight and the transformative power of scents.  What began as a therapeutic escape soon blossomed into a passion for crafting luxurious candles that turn any space into a sanctuary.  I love being able to share that gift of curating your very own candle as well through our pop-up candle making workshops. Our Pop-up Candle Making Workshop are interactive, fun and creative.  We setup anytime, anywhere and a full turnkey experience.

Hailing from Harlem, New York.... I grew up surrounded by generations of culture, and I impart my artistic inclination on NYC’s mixology scene. Having spent the last decade in hospitality, I’ve begun to teach mixology classes to the next generation, giving back to the community.
