Catherine is an accomplished bartender, with an abundance of wine and spirit knowledge. She has made a name for herself as a cocktail creator in many fast paced environments. Catherine is excited to connect with guests and create a fun and distinguished experience.

Born and raised in New York City, Nicolas began his journey at the International Culinary Center in Manhattan, where he worked and studied under Master Sommeliers. He applied his knowledge as he learned his trade in many of the city' most celebrated dining rooms, including Pasquale Jones, Upland, and COTE Korean Steakhouse. Today he runs his own consulting and events company, NCM Sommelier Services, writes a Substack, Word to the Wine, and brings his expertise to Night Inn!

I am a hospitality professional with over a decade of experience building craft cocktails, throwing parties and serving great people in search of good times.

Pamela is a certified sommelier and cheese expert, in addition to being a professional food and travel writer. She previously worked at manhattan's 2-Michelin star restaurant, The Modern, as a bartender and captain, where she also helped run a table side cheese trolley program. When not eating and drinking, or typing about eating and drinking, Pamela is also a musician and voiceover artist.

Melissa Brooke has served as a beverage director, lead mixologist and consultant for a variety of noteworthy NYC venues. Inspired and driven by the ethereal arts, Melissa develops and personalizes cocktails using ingredients which reflect themes such as astrology, astroherbology & name etymology. Her cocktails have been featured in multiple notable trade publications as well as on NBC's New York Live.  She curates events through her company, Divine Spirits, which combines magic, mentalism and mixology in a unique and inventive way.  Melissa is currently the bar director and cocktail curator at the popular speakeasy PS in the West Village.

I am a Manhattan native who has worked in every type of bar venue imaginable, yes, even THAT one. My love of spirits spans the globe and includes all types of cocktails meaning we can talk all things from Scotch to Tequila to Baijiu (what's Baijiu? Exactly). We can have a fun event where you can learn to mix up some shaken and stirred cocktails or I can lead you through a flight or two of your favorite spirit (if that particular spirit is in my wheehouse of expertise knowledge level). I am a competition bartender and my wins have afforded me the luxury to travel abroad and educate myself more on different spirits and the cocktails of the cultures of those countries. These are some of the stories I enjoy sharing during the time of our event. Competitions aside, I will teach you how to make to the simplest three ingredient cocktail perfect every time, and you will after an evening with me, all while having the best time doing it!

I am a highly detail-oriented Beverage Manager fully trained in the art of mixology. Bartending is my trade. As one of the oldest and most exciting professions, tending bar for me has been an adventure and still is every time I step behind the bar. My career as a bartender has allowed me to experience things, places and different types of people that no other job could ever do in quite the same way. Bartending at major casinos, 4-star restaurants, nightclubs & country clubs have been a way of life for me and my peers. Flipping bottles, serving daiquiris at pools is pretty cool!
