I am a New York City native and a lover of all things mixology! I recently graduated from Northwestern University where I studied Theatre, Musical Theatre, and Acting for the Screen. More importantly, I got my Bartending Certification from the Columbia Bartending Agency last summer and have been making drinks ever since. Personal favorite cocktails include a classic Moscow Mule, a sweet Aperol Spritz, and an extra spicy Spicy Margarita (tajin on the rim, obviously). No matter the event, I look forward to making your cocktail dreams come true - I promise they'll be no shortage of alcohol and fun!

Sommelier, Bartender, Food & Travel Writer, Cheese Expert
Pamela is a certified sommelier and cheese expert, in addition to being a professional food and travel writer. She previously worked at manhattan's 2-Michelin star restaurant, The Modern, as a bartender and captain, where she also helped run a table side cheese trolley program. When not eating and drinking, or typing about eating and drinking, Pamela is also a musician and voiceover artist.
