Isabel started her career in hospitality accidentally, as a part time hostess at Gotham Bar and Grill (RIP) during her time at New York University. After graduating, her wine studies brought her to Blue Hill at Stone Barns where she grew a greater appreciation for farmers as the true heroes of both food and wine. She most recently worked as a sommelier at Gramercy Tavern, where she felt at home, celebrating farmers, vegetables, and lower Manhattan, some of her favorite things. She loves female winemakers, natural wines, wine-centric travel, unconventional pairings, anything in large format, and anything with bubbles.

When not speaking about, writing about, or pouring wine and cocktails, Pamela can be found in her blanket fort bedroom studio doing voiceover work.

From white tablecloth to power-washing the dark insides of multi-hectolitre tanks, Mark has been lucky enough to work in wine in both the northern and southern hemispheres. Having been a buyer at Le Cirque (RIP), Carbone and A Voce, he can usually be found looking for an excuse to get to Italy. When not memorizing some kind of new wine information, I also box and watch Serie A. Big believer that the producers are the real heroes here.
